Practice Profile
Vincent has commenced his private practice since 2014. On civil side, he has been instructed in a wide range of cases with a focus on commercial, winding up and insolvency, injunction, employees’ compensation and personal injuries. On criminal side, he has been regularly instructed as counsel on fiat for the Department of Justice and as duty lawyer appearing in the Magistrates’ Courts.
Vincent has appeared as sole advocate or as led junior in the Court of First Instance, the District Court, the Lands Tribunal and the Magistrates’ Courts.
Vincent also has experience in giving legal opinions on compliance issues for companies in various potential initial public offerings and listing applications on the Main Board or the Growth Enterprise Market of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
