個人簡歷
王廷峰大律師畢業於香港華仁書院，在香港城市大學獲得一級榮譽法學士學位，並入選院長嘉許名單。
王大律師於2018年獲得香港大律師資格，師從李律仁大律師（現為李律仁資深大律師）、羅敏聰大律師（現為羅敏聰資深大律師）、蔡維邦大律師（現為蔡維邦資深大律師）及布穎琪大律師，他還曾跟隨高等法院原訟法庭法官歐陽桂如法官和林雲浩法官（上訴法庭法官當時官職）。
王大律師正積極發展民事領域的執業，在處理各類民事和商業事務的訴訟擁有經驗，曾參與各級法院的聆訊。
王大律師能夠流利的使用中文，曾處理跨境及涉中國內地事務案件，及具於聆訊及審訊使用中文的經驗。

Commercial Litigation and Arbitration
Acted for a claimant in pursuing claims for breach of contract in Hong Kong in relation to a piece of land in Macau worth billions of Hong Kong dollars (led by Ronny Wong SC)
Advising a PRC company on disputes over sale and purchase of shares listed in the Main Board of HKSE worth over RMB 1,380,000,000 (with co-counsel)
Advising a PRC company in relation to the Hong Kong law issues involved in an intended appeal in PRC regarding sale and purchase of debentures worth over HK$262,000,000 (with co-counsel)
