羅皓晴大律師
個人簡歷
羅皓晴大律師於2024年獲得香港大律師資格, 並曾師從嚴斯泰大律師、金偉民大律師、陳國維大律師和康亞男大律師。在完成實習後，她加入了睿文大律師事務所獨立執業，就各類民事訴訟案件接受委託。
羅大律師於香港城市大學以優異的成績獲得法學博士學位，並以班級第一畢業。在修讀法律期間，她曾獲得有聲望的獎項，包括 “的近獎學金”及 “張奧偉爵士法律專業證書紀念基金”，該基金全額資助了她的法律專業證書課程，並表彰她為擁有最佳學術資格成績及立志投身大律師行業的學生。
在修讀法律之前，羅大律師獲得了生物工程的學士學位。
羅大律師目前主要發展廣泛的民事訴訟 業務，尤其專注於土地、遺囑認證及信託相關爭議。此外，她亦具處理商業、合約、公司清盤事宜及禁制令濟助的經驗。她接受各範疇工作的委聘，可擔任單獨大律師或作為團隊成員參與案件。

Land & Property
Oriental (China) Trading Limited v Ma Ho Fung the administrator of the estate of Ma Chee Woon, Deceased & Anors (DCMP 5935/2024) – Acted for the plaintiff (with co-counsel) in a trial fixed for 10 days, seeking vacant possession, resisting four defendants’ counterclaims for adverse possession in respect of different portions of the land, and further seeking of mandatory injunction for demolition of unauthorised structures.
Pang Ho Lung v Kam & Kenn Development Limited (LDPD 76/2024) – Acted for the defendant (with co-counsel) in a striking out application for want of locus standi, where the action was commenced by only one of the joint tenants. The striking out application was eventually withdrawn following a joinder application.
