Black Marble Securities Limited v. Rabie, Abou Bakr Mahmoud & Another [2025] HKCFI 5487 – Acted for a securities brokerage company; pursued a rogue employee for breaching his employment contract whilst defending against an aggrieved client’s counterclaims for breach of duties and vicarious liability.
Chan Kon Fung v. Gallop Pioneer Limited & Others [2024] HKCFI 1766 – Acted for a state-owned mining enterprise; successfully secured proper recognition of its investment / contribution into a multi-billion-dollar mining joint venture in Tasmania, Australia.
